To place your first order, register at the Login/Registration link
Choose an email address and password that will allow you to easily log in in the future. Creating an account will also allow you to store the order and shipping details on the platform.
The shipping address can be changed directly from the platform while the owner's data can only be modified by sending an email to ordini@opacoitalia.it
DELIVERY METHODS
Orders can be made by families directly from the site with payment upon order. by bank transfer or credit card.
The delivery methods are:
- at school after 5 working days from the order and in any case once a week.
- via express courier in an estimated time of up to 5-6 working days from the order with tracking.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code (legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded online with Opaco Srls without any penalty and without having to provide any reason, by communicating his/her will to Opaco Srls. within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer has received the goods purchased on the website: https://shop.villagrimani.it/. The right of withdrawal is regulated by law (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
To exercise the right of withdrawal provided by law, the Customer must inform us of his decision to withdraw from the contract by email (to the address ordini@opacoitalia.it)
The deadline set for withdrawal is considered respected if the Customer sends his/her declaration before the expiry of the 14 (fourteen) day period starting from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer himself/herself, acquires physical possession of the purchased good; in the case of purchase, through a single order, of multiple goods or multiple goods delivered separately, the 14 (fourteen) day period starts from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer himself/herself, acquires physical possession of the last good.
RETURNS
After communication, the products must be returned.
The products must be returned without delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract with Opaco Srls was communicated.
The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the expiry of the 14 (fourteen) day period from the communication and received intact by Opaco Srls
The shipment of the goods must be made by courier (at the customer's choice and expense) to the address Opaco Srls via Giuseppe Mazzini 88, 36050 Cartigliano (Vi) – Italy
WHAT TO DO?
- Print Order Confirmation that you received via email.
- Place the product and the order confirmation inside an envelope.
- Deliver to the Opaco office ( by appointment ) or take the envelope to the post office or to your trusted courier, and send it to this address: Opaco Srls – Viale G. Mazzini, 88, 36050 Cartigliano (VI) indicating RESO GRIMANI
- In case of wrong size, reorder the product of the right size
In the event of a return made for NON-defective goods , the return shipment will be at customer's responsibility.
Within 5 working days of receiving the package we will send you the refund including all payments made including delivery costs.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR FAILED ITEMS
In the event of a return made for defective goods or for reasons due to any errors, the return shipment will be paid by OPACO SRLS who will send the courier to the customer's home to collect the goods to be returned.
The user must attach photographic documentation within 8 days of receiving the material.
